2025 APA Federal Planning Division Awards Nomination

Instructions

Please submit the completed nomination form, including all required supporting materials, by April 25, 2026. Parts 1-14 of the nomination form is the only location where consultant names or logos may appear.

All sections of the form, including file uploads, are required for a complete and valid submission.
- Nomination Form, Items 1- 15 completed
- One (1) separate PDF of submission sample product not to exceed 200MB and 200 pages.
- Four (4) high-resolution JPGs of submission supporting images (used for Awards Ceremony only - limited to 5 MB each image)
- $125 application fee (plus 3.2% Credit Card fee) for consultant-participated/executed submissions, recieved by 25 April 2026 (fee does not apply to Government Agency conducted submissions
- Item 8 and the PDF sample product have been reviewed and all consultant names, logos, personal images have been removed, sanitized, or redacted.
Nomination submitted payments are non-refundable.
