AmPowering Youth Council Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in AmPowering's Youth Council! Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Any youth (ages 13-18) are welcome to apply. To be an active member, we ask that you regularly attend monthly/bi-monthly meetings, volunteer at AmPowering community & fundraising events, and participate in team activities. Only active members are eligible to receive volunteer hour certifications, letters of recommendations, and National Honor Society volunteer hours.
