Terms & Conditions
1. Registration: Review terms before submitting. Courses confirmed with at least 8 participants. ATIH may reschedule if minimum not met. Places reserved with form and payment. Registration confirmed only after payment and registration number issued.
2. Fees: Fees include documentation and refreshments. Payment due within 7 days of form submission. Payment must be finalized 10 days before course.
3. Discounts: 15% discount for groups of 3+ (max 15% total discount).
4. Cancellations: 50% fee for cancellations within 10 days, 100% within 5 days. Substitutions allowed if criteria met.
5. Accommodation: Delegates arrange and pay for own accommodation and travel.
6. Copyright & Data: Materials cannot be reproduced without permission. Data stored securely, not shared with third parties. Opt-out available.
7. On-site Courses: Client provides facilities for in-company training.
