K-Pop Dance Workshop – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the one-off K-Pop Dance Workshop (“the Workshop”) organised by the dance studio (“the Studio”) for children aged 10 years and above.
By registering a child for this Workshop, the parent or legal guardian confirms agreement to the following terms on behalf of the participating minor.
1. EligibilityParticipation is limited to children who are 10 years of age or older at the time of the Workshop. The Studio reserves the right to refuse participation if this requirement is not met.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Dance is a physical activity that involves movement, coordination, and exertion. While all reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, participation in the Workshop is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
The parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts that the Studio, its owners, staff, instructors, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with the Workshop, except where required by law.
3. Medical Information & Emergency Care
The parent/guardian confirms that the participant is medically fit to take part in dance activities and has disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of registration.
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, the parent/guardian authorises the Studio to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. Any medical costs incurred will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants and to follow all safety instructions given during the Workshop.
The Studio reserves the right to remove a participant from the Workshop without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
5. Photography & Video
The Studio may take photographs and/or videos during the Workshop for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes (e.g. website, social media, brochures).
By registering, the parent/guardian consents to the use of such images unless written notice opting out is provided prior to the Workshop.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
As this is a one-off event, all registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event the Workshop is cancelled by the Studio. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Acknowledgement
By completing the registration, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and accept them on behalf of the participating child.
