    • I understand that it is my responsibility to verify all traveler details before the final booking is completed.
    • I acknowledge that all fees associated with this trip including agency, booking, and airline ticketing fees have been explained to me and I agree to pay these fees as outlined.
    • If I choose to opt out of travel insurance, I agree to sign a waiver releasing ACDaniels Dream Destinations from any responsibility for issues that may arise related to this booking that would have otherwise been covered by travel insurance.
    • I understand that ACDaniels Dream Destinations bears no liability for trip interruptions, cancellations, delays, or other issues not covered by travel insurance if I have declined that coverage.
    • Any discrepancies or issues before or during the trip must be communicated to ACDaniels Dream Destinations as soon as possible, so that efforts can be made to assist and accommodate.
    • I understand that if any discrepancies or concerns are not reported within one (1) week after the trip has ended, ACDaniels Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any unresolved issues.
