TECHNOLOGY GRANT File Upload Form

Before you upload, make sure you have the following:  
--A completed Technology Grant Request Form
--We encourage photos, drawings, or other documentation related to the proposed project.
--At least two bids from separate companies for the proposed project
--Detailed financial reports from the past three months.  This should include balances from all church accounts.

NOTE: All written documents, proposals, and financial reports must be submitted in PDF format. This allows us to duplicate your materials for committee review in a clear, easy-to-read format. Please DO NOT submit photos or JPG images of completed or requested documents.
