Location: Shikellamy High School, 600 Walnut St, Sunbury, PA 17801.

This event will be held within the Shikellamy High School and spectators will need to purchase a ticket to enter the event (lifters will not).

Sanction: National Powerlifting League 

Eligibility: Eligibility: male or female 5- 19 years old and a highschool student or Special Olympics (maybe older than 19). Lifters must be current NPL members. Good for one year from the date of purchase. Must purchase online before the contest.

This is a non-tested meet. State and National records can be set.

 Divisions: Junior 5-12, 13-15, 16-17, 18-19. Open for Special olympics

Weight Classes: Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+ (SHW)

Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+ (SHW)

Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw Sleaves: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wrist wraps can be up to 1 meter and single layer knee sleeves. Over the calf long socks are required for the deadlift for all lifters

A 30kg bar and collar set will be used for all squat and a 25kg bar and collar set will be used for bench and deadlift.

Schedule:

Early Weigh in/Gear Check - Friday 7/10, 9:00AM-11:00AM evening early weigh ins will be 4:30PM-6:30PM at the meet venue

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups: Saturday, 8AM

Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9AM

Awards:

Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group

Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive an award.

Entry Fee: $20 per lifter, add $10 if entering additional event

 Payment: Payment of entry fees will be done via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your entry after completing your registration details. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received. **See Refund policy below**

Please take notice that once payments are taken there is a $10 dollar processing fee for a refund. With in 30 days of the event all payments are final there will be no refunds. At all time entries are non transferable to any future events under any circumstances. There is no refund on t-shirts orders at anytime.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE Meet Director/promoter, Elite Fitness &Personal Training and, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity ("Releasees"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
