    17th SCTA Forum & Dinner, 1-2 October 2026, Montreux

  • Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 17th SCTA Forum & Dinner 2026.

    By completing this form, you are submitting a sponsorship request and indicating your preferred sponsorship option, including the number of Gala Dinner tables you wish to reserve. SCTA will review availability and confirm the allocated tables and sponsorship details by email following submission.

    The sponsorship round is open until 31 March 2026. During this period, Gala Dinner table bookings are reserved exclusively for sponsors. Any remaining tables will be made available to SCTA members thereafter, subject to availability.

    The SCTA Forum & Dinner is a two-day event and includes:

    • 2-day Forum (Thursday & Friday)
    • Welcome Cocktail (Thursday evening)
    • Gala Dinner (Friday evening)

    All Gala Dinner guests receive full access to the Forum and Welcome Cocktail; separate Forum Pass is not required.

    Each sponsorship tier includes a number of complimentary Forum Passes for staff or guests attending the Forum only.

    A limited number of additional Forum Passes will be available for purchase from early summer, subject to availability.

    Exhibition Booth SponsorThe minimum Other sponsorship level includes 2 Complimentary Forum Tickets for your staff and a 3m x 3m booth with basic setup (table, chairs, TV screen). Booth spaces are limited and subject to SCTA approval. Higher-tier sponsors interested in a booth, please contact SCTA for more details. Please note, this sponsorship level does not include access to the Gala Dinner.

  • Meeting & Seminar Rooms

    The Forum is designed to create space for focused conversation and meaningful exchange. To support this, the conference centre offers 16 meeting and seminar rooms for private meetings, workshops and side sessions, located across three floors within the venue and available in a range of sizes to suit different formats.

    Detailed meeting room information will be shared in due course, with bookings opening from 11th May.

  • SCTA Sponsorship Terms & Conditions 
    As a Sponsor for the 17th SCTA Forum & Dinner 2026, the Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fee corresponding to the confirmed sponsorship level. The Sponsor acknowledges that Gala Dinner tables are invoiced separately from the Sponsorship. Table bookings are not automatically included with the sponsorship level; the sponsorship only grants the right to purchase a table. Sponsorship level, fee, and benefits will be based on the total sponsorship amount. Full details of the benefits for each sponsorship level can be found in the SCTA 2026 Forum & Dinner Sponsorship Brochure. 

    Sponsorship payment terms are net 30 days. The Sponsor agrees to pay the full Sponsorship Fee within 30 days of receiving the sponsorship agreement and invoice. SCTA reserves the right to withdraw the sponsorship if payment is not received within 30 days of the signed Sponsorship Agreement. 

    Cancellations of Sponsorship and/or Dinner table bookings made prior to 1st August will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 1st August. 

    The Sponsor grants SCTA a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the Sponsor's name and/or logo on the SCTA website and in any directory listing the sponsors for the 17th SCTA Forum & Dinner 2026. The logo and name may also be used in promotional materials, including those for future SCTA events. SCTA will not be liable for any errors or omissions in these listings or materials. 

    SCTA is responsible for all food and beverage services during the Forum and Gala Dinner. SCTA will check with each Dinner participant regarding any allergy or food intolerance requirements and will ensure that all food and beverage served is properly labeled.

    Sponsors are not permitted to distribute food or beverages at the Forum and Gala Dinner. If you have any specific requests in this regard, please contact SCTA in advance. SCTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any items that do not comply with these terms.
