  • When: Saturday, May 16, 2026 | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

    Where: CountryWay Town Square | 1739 SW 248th Drive, Newberry, FL 32669

    Setup: Specific set-up times will be given depending on your placement. As the event approaches, you will be provided additional information for check-in, parking and other logistics.

    Vending: Start 9 am – End 4:00 pm TEAR DOWN: After 4:00 PM. Early tear down is not allowed. Any vendor who violates this policy may not be accepted in future years.

    Fees:
    $ 150 – Food Vendor

    $ 75 – Regular Space (Arts, Craft, services, apparel, carnival vendors, cottage food etc)

    $   0 – Non-profit Groups (Must please include Non-Profit Documentation | limited spots available)

    Important: Fees are not due until after you receive notice from the organization that you have been approved. Notices will come out via the email address used to complete this application. Once you receive the notice of approval and request for payment, please process within 3 days of acceptance to keep your reserved spot! Thank you

  • Vendors may include food, crafts, services, family activities and entertainment. Available spaces general vendors are 10’x10’. If you need additional spaces, please specify the number of spaces needed (additional fees apply). Concession or food vendors will need to specify how much space is needed. Cottage food vendors can only sell state approved cottage items. Proper labeling is required.

  • All food or concession vendors must provide a menu and licensing at time of application. Additionally, liability insurance to Newberry Watermelon Festival of Newberry, Inc. listing the organization as additionally insured for the day of the event. This documentation must be provided by April 15th. Please email this document to nwfvendor@gmail.com after acceptance and payment for your space. Reference your Business Name and Contact Name in the subject line. 

    All concession or food vendors must submit all menu request at time for application for approval. Some food items are limited and will be approved at the sole discretion of Newberry Watermelon Festival of Newberry, Inc.

    All food vendors need to display proper licensing at their booth.

  • By submitting this application, you and all participants in your party agree to the following:

    RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
    I/we, the undersigned participants/exhibitors, listed below, specifically assume any risk and relaes the Newberry Watermelon Festival, CountryWay Town Center, and/or City of Newberry from any and all causes of action, claims, demans, liability, or damages. I/we agree to indemnify and hold the Newberry Watermelon Festival, CountryWay Town Center, and/or City of Newberryharmless from any and all cost of any kind whatsoever (including attorney's fees and court costs), causes of action, claims, demands, liability, or damages related in any way to the Newberry Watermelon Festival's, functions and/or events, whether caused by. or allegedly caused by any acts, intentional, negligent, contributory, or otherwise by the Newberry Watermelon Festival's agents, offices, directors, or employees. I/We understand the Newberry Watermelon Festival of Newberry, Inc. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost articles during the festival. I/We agree to abide by the rules as set forth in this application and understand that a failure to abide by these rules may result in our expulsion from the festival. No refunds. No exceptions!

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    1) Exhibitors are responsible for collecting all sales tax for purchases from your booth. 
    2) There are no refunds after the application has been accepted. 
    3) Electricity/water is not available and will not be provided. 
    4) All business materials must be distributed from YOUR BOOTH AREA ONLY! Anyone found in violation will be asked to leave immediately!

    The Newberry Watermelon Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any exhibit based on application submitted. All decisions are FINAL. We also reserve the right to refuse space to any exhibitor who does not comply with these rules. Any exhibitor not complying with rules and/or conducts themselves in an unprofessional manner with be asked to leave the grounds.
