1. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position requiring you to be at your computer Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET. Are you ready to hang up the wrenches and transition to a fully desk-based role?
2. This position requires strict availability from Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Can you commit to this schedule?
3. Which tuning platforms and hard parts do you have personal experience installing? Be specific (e.g., EZ Lynk, EFI Live, MM3, Flo-Pro, Valair, etc.).
4. A customer calls with a 2020+ L5P Duramax that is in 'limp mode' due to DEF system failure. What is your go-to solution or parts recommendation to get them running right?
5. A customer calls saying their truck is smoking white immediately after installing our kit. What are the first 3 diagnostic questions you ask them to pinpoint the problem?
6. You will be speaking to regular truck owners who may not understand the terminology. How do you explain the difference between an 'EGR Delete' and a 'DPF Delete' to a customer who is completely confused, without making them feel stupid?
