4. A customer calls with a 2020+ L5P Duramax that is in 'limp mode' due to DEF system failure. What is your go-to solution or parts recommendation to get them running right?
5. A customer calls saying their truck is smoking white immediately after installing our kit. What are the first 3 diagnostic questions you ask them to pinpoint the problem?
6. You will be speaking to regular truck owners who may not understand the terminology. How do you explain the difference between an 'EGR Delete' and a 'DPF Delete' to a customer who is completely confused, without making them feel stupid?
