By checking this box I agree to the following: I acknowledge and agree that Saving the “Aggressive” Breeds Rescue Inc. and Planet Pup Doggy Daycare & Lodging, including their owners, volunteers, fosters, representatives, and affiliated parties, are not legally liable for any injury, bite, accident, or damages that may occur during the meet-and-greet process, evaluation, transportation, fostering period, or any interaction with any dog associated with the rescue or facility. I understand that dogs may behave unpredictably and may have unknown or undisclosed behavioral histories. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risk of injury to myself, my household members, my personal pets, or any third party that may arise from interacting with any dog under the care of Saving the “Aggressive” Breeds Rescue Inc. or Planet Pup Doggy Daycare & Lodging. I release and hold harmless Saving the “Aggressive” Breeds Rescue Inc. and Planet Pup Doggy Daycare & Lodging from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, or losses related to my participation in fostering, handling, transporting, or meeting any animal associated with the rescue or facility. I understand that this waiver is binding and enforceable under law, and I certify that I am signing it voluntarily and with full understanding of its terms.
