  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Event Coordinator to assist with planning, executing, and elevating memorable events from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage logistics, coordinate with clients, and ensure every event runs smoothly—on time and on brand. 


    Flexible schedule and weekend availability 
    Weekly hour requirement: 15-25 hours 
    1+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field 
     
    DAILY JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 
    Client and event outreach  
    Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, meetings, fundraisers, and special events 
    Manage event timelines and logistics from concept through completion 
    Coordinate with vendors & venues 
    Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown 
    Manage contracts, track invoices, and complete post-event reporting 
    Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure a seamless guest experience 
    Knowledgeable and excited for our products and experiences 
    Create a fun and smooth event experience 
    Meet and exceed team’s event sales goals 
    Support with inventory process and reconciliation

    WE ALSO EXPECT THE FOLLOWING: 
    Proficiency with email, event management tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling software 
    Embody and represent the company culture during events while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures 
    Maintain client communication, data, and sales tracking 
    Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills 
    Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects 
    Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure
