  • The Ozark Ham & Turkey Festival is a high-traffic community festival held annually on the third Saturday of September in downtown California, MO.

    Celebrating its 36th year, the event draws families and visitors throughout the day with a parade, 5K run/walk, kids activities, car show, BBQ contest, and crowd-favorite food offerings. Vendor booths remain open until 4:00 p.m., providing excellent exposure and sales opportunities in a central, walkable festival footprint.

  • Acceptance Terms:
    Applications are accepted until spaces are full.

    The Ham & Turkey Festival reserves the right to accept or refuse any application. Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter via email with payment instructions. Your preferred booth selection can not be secured until payment is received.

    FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR VENDORS, WE WILL NOT REQUEST ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT OUTSIDE OF THE ACCEPTANCE EMAIL.

    No Rain Dates for this event. The event will take place rain, snow or heatwave. No refunds due to inclement weather will be provided.

  • Booth Specifics:
    MOST booth spaces are approximately 10'x10' or equivalent (some spaces are not perfectly square). If you need more space, please select the appropriate option below. You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tents, tables and chairs. Because this event is outdoors, we HIGHLY encourage the use of a popup canopy. It can get windy so, COME PREPARED and bring canopy weights and a way to secure your product should strong winds be an issue.
