2026 Carbondale Mountain Fair FOOD VENDOR Application
Dear 2026 Food Vendor Applicant.
To be selected as a Food Vendor at the Carbondale Mountain Fair, you must be an individual or an organization selling ONLY its own, hand-prepared food.
Note: We are only looking for food vendors that have prepared food to eat while at the event. Food vendors can sell other products upon approval but we primarily want to have food available to be eaten, on site, for our hungry festival goers.
The Carbondale Mountain Fair is always held the last FULL weekend of July. The 2026 Mountain Fair will be July 24, 25, 26, 2026.
Criteria for this curated/juried opportunity includes quality, sell-ability and uniqueness of eatables.
All Food vendors are required to have their own POS system, accept credit cards and cash, be prepared to serve approximately 20,000+ fair goers throughout the weekend and provide verifiable sales reports for the weekend.
Carbondale Mountain Fair will collect 15% of all food sales.
Personal WiFi HOTSPOTS are highly recommended
Carbondale Mountain Fair is a “zero waste” event. All successfully chosen food vendors are required to comply with Carbondale Mountain Fair Zero Waste Program policies and the Garfield County Health Regulations for Special Events. All serving products MUST be approved by our Green Team.
Upon acceptance Carbondale Arts will invoice vendors for a $200 booth fee. For more information, please e-mail Staci Dickerson at mtnfairvendors@carbondalearts.com.
