This agreement is between Kiersten Clegg, producer of the Igniting Hearts Podcast (“Producer”), and myself, the guest appearing on the podcast (“Guest”).
By agreeing to participate in an interview for the Igniting Hearts Podcast, I agree to the following:
Permission to Record and Use the Interview
I understand and agree that my interview may be recorded (audio and/or video).
I give permission for my voice, image, and words to be recorded. I understand that the Producer may edit the interview for clarity, length, or quality, as long as the meaning, tone, and intent of what I said is not changed.
Use of My Name and Likeness
I give permission for the Producer to use my name, voice, image, and any bio information I provide in connection with the podcast and for promotional purposes (such as social media, websites, or marketing materials).
No Payment
I understand that my appearance on the podcast is voluntary and unpaid.
Ownership and Rights
I keep ownership of any original content I personally bring to the interview (such as stories, ideas, or written material).
At the same time, I give the Producer permission to use that content as part of the podcast including promotional materials without needing additional approval or payment.
The Producer owns the podcast episode itself, including the recording, editing, and final published version.
