Position Summary
Paganica Golf is seeking a Pro Shop Staff to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests. The Pro Shop staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with retail sales, and supporting daily golf operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
Manage tee time reservations, check-ins, and payments.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for retail purchases and green fees.
Maintain and restock merchandise displays to ensure a clean, organized pro shop.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Assist with tournament registration, scorecards, and special events.
Communicate effectively with golf course staff, including cart attendants and course rangers, to ensure smooth operations.
Answer phones, take reservations, and provide course information.
Ensure compliance with all club policies, including dress code and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Golf knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
