Take the Lead at Jupiter Moon! We aren’t just looking for a manager; we’re looking for a "Head of Happiness." Jupiter Moon is seeking a dedicated seasonal Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales through excellent service, and mentor our amazing seasonal staff.
Your Mission:
Team Development: Train, coach, and supervise crew members. You are the go-to person for questions, support, and morale.
Shop Management: Master the details of opening/closing, cash handling, inventory tracking, and equipment maintenance.
Customer Experience: Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived. You will handle escalations and ensure our high standards of service are met every single day.
Safety & Sanitation: Enforce all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for the team and delicious product for the community.
The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced: You have previous leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.

Availability: You are available evenings and weekends (when we shine the brightest!).

Mature & Accountable: You are 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and take ownership of your results.

A "People Person": You love interacting with the community and building relationships with your staff.

Action-Oriented: You don’t just stand back; you anticipate needs, restock before things run out, and jump on a register when the line gets long.

Note on Scheduling: This is a seasonal leadership position running Spring through Fall. Managers are expected to be available for pre-season prep in early spring. Hours will ramp up significantly as the weather warms, with peak activity in July and August. The season winds down in October and wraps up in November.
