This form serves as the current registration for Homegrown Academy 2026-2027 School Year.

Please complete a separate registration form for each child being registered.

A non-refundable registration fee of $125 per student is required at sign-up.

*HGA Currently Enrolled Families Registration Fee is $100.

Registration Fee Payment Details

An invoice will be sent to the contact information provided, either via email and/or text message based on your selected preference. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of registering your child.

Online Payment: Pay securely online using a credit or debit card. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions. Online payment by credit card is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice in order to secure your child's spot.

If payment is not received within 3-5 days, the registration will be considered incomplete and the spot may be released to another applicant.

Monthly Tuition Payment Details:

A monthly invoice will be sent via email and/or text message. Tuition payments can be paid via check or credit card. Please note, there will be a 3% fee for all credit card payments. Check payments should be handed to a staff member during drop-off or pick-up or can be mailed to the mailing address included in the invoice.

Homegrown Academy is a K-6th grade, two-day supplemental program (Tuesday/Wednesday) for homeschool families that operates from the classrooms and outside/playground.

You must complete one separate form for each child being registered. There will a non-refundable $125 registration fee per form.

Homegrown Academy tuition for the 2026-2027 school year will be $240 a month for 1st child, $215 a month for 2nd child and $190 a month for each additional sibling. Tuition is due by the 1st of the month from September-May of each school year. For the month of August only, tuition will be charged at 50% of the standard monthly rate and will be due at Open House on August 19th.

Tuition is divided into ten payments throughout the school year, including August. August is the only month with a discount. To secure your child’s continued enrollment, tuition must be paid regardless of attendance. Please note that tuition, registration, and all associated fees are non-refundable.

Monthly tuition must be paid during the last week of school days each month. All payments will be processed on the 1st of the following month.

A $10 late fee will be added to your account if payment is not received by the 5th of the month. This fee will remain on your balance and be included in future invoices until it is paid in full. Repeated late payments or non-payment may result in your child losing their spot at Homegrown Academy and parents/guardians will still be responsible for tuition covering days their child attended.
