Main Hall Stand Size Required (includes flooring)
Please enter your preferred stand size in meters (Width x Depth). The Main Hall offers flexible space; however, all sizes are subject to approval based on floorplan layout and availability. Our team will contact you to discuss positioning and requirements. The majority of smaller stands are 2m in depth and any length you want. Larger stands will take the centre isle.
Outdoor Zone Pitch Size
Outdoor pitches offer flexible, cost effective space for larger displays, vehicles, and custom setups. You can also bring your own marquee. Please enter your requested pitch size in meters (Width x Depth). Final dimensions and positioning will be confirmed during floorplan allocation.
Premium Lakeside Pitch Outdoor Pitch Size
Premium Lakeside pitches include direct access to the water for demonstrations and live fishing. You can pitch up outdoors or bring your own marquee. Please enter your preferred pitch size in meters (Width x Depth). Minimum size: 6m x 3m (18sqm). If you require a larger space, multiple swims, or a bespoke setup, our team will contact you after submission.
Premium Lakeside Marquee Pitch Size (includes flooring)
Premium lakeside pitches provide direct water access for demonstrations and live fishing. Available marquee widths: 6m, 9m, or 12m. Minimum depth: 3m (18sqm). Please select your requested pitch size here. Final dimensions and positioning will be confirmed during floorplan allocation.
Premium Casting Marquee Pitch Size (includes flooring)
Located alongside the casting arena, these pitches are designed for live demonstrations and high visitor engagement. 2 x 300 yard lanes included per pitch. Available marquee widths: 6m, 9m, or 12m. Minimum depth: 3m (18sqm). Please select your requested pitch size below. Final positioning will be confirmed during floorplan allocation.
Premium Casting Outdoor Pitch Size
Located alongside the casting arena, these pitches are designed for live demonstrations and high visitor engagement. 2 x 300 yard lanes included per pitch. You can pitch up outdoors or bring your own marquee. Outdoor allows you to create your own space. Minimum size: 6m x 3m (18sqm). Final positioning will be confirmed during floorplan allocation.

What products / services will you be offering?
Pricing Summary: Your total price will be calculated based on your selected exhibition space, plus any selected add-ons such as power (£100) and WiFi (£80). A 50% deposit is required to secure your space. The remaining balance is due on June 5th.
