We're excited to share a free meal and some friendly conversations with you!

This order form helps us plan for our upcoming community suppers hosted by The Gathering Cass County, Inc. at the UCC Dining Room, 1607 Hazel Street in Atlantic, IA.

You are welcome to choose the option that works best for you:

Dine In with us from 5:00–7:00 PM and enjoy a meal with friends and neighbors.

Carry Out your meal to enjoy at home. Please pick up at 5:00 PM or later.

Delivery is available for those who are unable to attend or pick up a meal themselves.

To help our volunteers serve everyone efficiently, we ask that delivery requests be reserved for those who truly need them. Delivery orders close at 5:00 PM on Sunday before each meal.

While signing up is not required for dine in and carry out meals, it greatly helps us prepare enough food and plan for our guests.

At The Gathering, everyone is welcome. Whether you're coming for a warm meal, friendly conversation, community connection, or simply a night away from cooking, we're happy to have you join us.

Take-home items (Giving Table) may also be available for Dine-In and Carry-Out guests, including shelf-stable foods, meal bags, hygiene products, and other helpful necessities.

Please order only ONE meal per person in your household. These meals are provided free of charge for our neighbors in Cass County, Iowa. Our goal is to continue serving everyone every other Monday, and we depend on guests ordering only the number of meals needed for their household.

Thank you for helping us share our resources fairly and continue serving our community with kindness.

If you are able to join us in our dining room or pick up a carry-out meal, we kindly ask that you choose one of those options and leave delivery available for those who need it most. We would love to see you and share a meal together!

Please choose one meal option: Dine In, Carry Out, or Delivery. Delivery Service: Delivery is intended for neighbors who are unable to attend or pick up their meals due to transportation, mobility, health, or other challenges.

Carry-out meals are available for pickup between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM.

Dog & Pet Safety Information

If we deliver meals to your home, please let us know if you have a dog or other pets.

For the safety of our volunteers, we ask that all pets be secured before our delivery drivers arrive. If your dog is uncomfortable around strangers or may become excited when someone approaches, please note that in the comments section. We can gladly remain in our vehicle and have you meet us at the driveway or curbside to receive your meal.

Our volunteers are the heart of The Gathering, and their safety is extremely important to us. By helping us ensure safe deliveries, you help us continue providing this valuable service to neighbors throughout Cass County.

If delivery is not necessary, we also welcome you to join us in our dining room or pick up a carry-out meal. Choosing these options when possible helps us reserve delivery resources for neighbors who are unable to travel.
