This form is for you, your family, or a neighbor to attend our FREE Suppers hosted by The Gathering at The United Church of Christ's Dining Room 1607 Hazel St. Atlantic, IA. You may choose to: • Eat In (5–7 PM) • Carry Out *** Please pick up at 5:00 or after (no more early pick ups) • Delivery (for those unable to attend or pick up) Please only request delivery if you cannot attend or pick up. Delivery orders close Sunday at 5 PM before the meal. While this form is not required to receive a free meal, it is greatly appreciated to help us plan. Everyone is welcome — individuals, families, seniors, and anyone needing a hot meal, friendly faces, or extra cheer. • No charge • No questions • Just kindness Take-home items available for Eat-In and Carry-Out guests, including shelf-stable food, meal bags, hygiene items, and other necessities.
