Show Date: 12th August 2026
You are invited to apply to tender for our show to be held on Wednesday, 12th August 2026.

Further information about the show can be found on our website at https//nevern.show/. We attract around 3,500 visitors and competitors each year.

We are seeking tenders for the following:
- Licensed bar (during the Show and in the evening) and related security. To include main tented bar and satellite bar in the Food Village
- Ice cream
- Photography. All rings (horses, sheep and cattle) to be covered so likely to involve at least three photographers
- Amusements, attractions and rides
- Toilets including disabled
- Traffic management (to include site meeting prior to the Show)
- Tentage – 1 x 140ft x 40ft (with windows on approx 40ft and 3 separation sheets) , 1 x 220ft x 40ft (with separation sheet), 260 folding chairs, 42 trestle tables, 18 round tables, lighting, flood lighting
If you have more than one area you would like to tender for then please use a separate form for each.

Applications close at midnight 1 March 2025.

Your Tender will only be considered upon receipt of a completed application form.
If your Tender is accepted, you will be required to submit a Risk Assessment and
Insurance Certificates by 31st May 2026.
