Please complete this application to be considered for participation in the Coventry Farmers' Market 2026 season. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Please DO NOT mail vendor fees at this time. Acceptances will be delivered via email on a rolling basis and vendor fees will be determined upon acceptance. The 2026 per-market fee for a 10'x10' space is $40.

Besides cross-marketing and paying your vendor fee, what other ideas (of monetary or non-monetary value) can you offer to CFM? Examples: If you’re a coffee roaster - "We can do an exclusive “Farmers Market Blend” and market in our store and to our 20k Facebook followers."
I understand that this application is subject to review by the Market Managers & the Market Operating Committee and that this is not a guarantee of acceptance. I understand if I am accepted, an email will be sent officially confirming acceptance and which of my products have been approved to be sold at CFM. I understand that I need to obtain permission from CFM to sell any additional products other than those specified in this application and by checking below, confirm that unless otherwise approved, I produce all the products I plan to sell at the market.
I understand that if I am accepted as a guest vendor, I will need to provide payment for my vendor fee specified in the acceptance email in order to guarantee my approved market dates unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
I have thoroughly read the 2026 CFM Vendor Regulations and I agree to abide by them and if I don't, I understand that I may be immediately terminated as a CFM vendor.
I understand that I am responsible for holding the appropriate licensing as required by the State of CT and the relevant local authorities and if I don't, I may be immediately terminated as a CFM vendor.
