Friends of the Gallery: Member's Exhibit "Layers" (Open to interpretation)

This is a thematic Members Exhibit submission form for the Winterville Cultural Center Gallery. Please select works that have a relation to the theme and a brief comment on how each piece relates to the theme, be it literal, theme, medium/s, concept, etc.....Fill out the form below for entry into the exhibition. You are allowed up to 3 submissions, with certainty that one will be chosen. All submissions must be for sale. Because you are a member, there is no entry fee for this exhibit. The Framing Rules are Strictly Enforced.

You may enter up to three separate artworks with a guarantee of inclusion of at least one work.

Any member who signed up after May 15, 2025 through now is included in this Member's Exhibit.

The Gallery commision is 30%, 70% of sales go to the artist.

All 2D works must be framed and ready to hang, with appropriate wire on back. 2D works should be limited to 48" in any direction. No Sawtooths, works will be rejected with sawtooth hangers. No nails, screws or ceiling hardware.

All 3D works must indicate whether they can hang or should be displayed on a pedestal and should be one piece.

All works must be for sale.

Dates to Remember:

Online submission dates are May 15 to June 15, 2026.

Notification of which works will be included (if you submitted two) and artwork identifation form will be sent by June 18.

Drop off art at Winterville Cultural Center Gallery on June 25, 26, 27, between 10:00 and 2:00. NO early dropoffs please.

The show opens to the public on July 17 and the Opening Reception is Friday, July 24, 2026 from 5-7 p.m.

Exhibit end date is Sep 15, 2026.

Pickup art Sep 15 between 2 and 4 pm or Sep 16 10 am -4 pm or Sep 17 10 am - 2 pm.
