    We are excited to announce the 2026 Summer Conference. Come spend time with us at the JMU Hotel Madison, Harrisonburg, Virginia. Be sure to complete all sections of this registration form to secure your spot with us. *Registration after June 01 will have a $25.00 late fee added. ( Best if used in a CHROME BROWSER) **Read carefully and only submit once to avoid being registered twice and charged twice. NO Re-Funds after June 15, 2026.

      If you are not a member, please go to our website: VAHAMSEA.org and pay your $30.00 membership before regristing for conference; to avoid being invoiced / billed the difference in fees. Please, do not tell your school Admin, you are a member and not be on our membership rooster for the 2025-2026 year.  Our fiscal year runs August 01st -July 31th - ALL submissions will be checked. 

    • Double check all email adresses & spellings of names
    • Each particpate must be registered Individually
    • Late Fee Of $25.00 after June 01, 2026
    • NO Refunds of fees can be given after June 15 and Processing Fees for card use are non-refundable. 

    *Code for Hotel Reservations at JMU Hotel Madison is on reciept when you complete this form
