Vender Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Vendors may also sign up to be reviewed on our Top Recommended Business Listing, for a small fee of $10.

Refreshment Notice:

Food will not be offered at the event and is not permitted in the ballroom. If vendors are hungry, someone from your booth may leave off-site to get food, or notify someone from our team to assist. We do our best to accommodate your needs.

Vendors must complete setup during the designated load-in window and be fully operational by opening time. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from event staff, could result in not being invited back to future events.

Hive Mode reserves the right to approve or decline vendor applications to maintain event quality, balance, and alignment with the Jersey Shore Vendor Spotlight brand.

Payment to Secure Your Spot
Once accepted, vendors are required to submit full payment for their booth or table to officially reserve their space. Spaces will not be held without payment.

Payments can be made via check, Cash App, PayPal, Money Order, or Chime. Vendors who prefer to pay with cash should contact us directly to schedule a time.

Payments should be submitted promptly to ensure your spot is secured. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment & Refund Policy
All vendor fees, add-ons, and sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Hive Mode. If the event is canceled, refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable expenses. Vendor spaces are not transferable without prior written approval.

By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and that I understand and agree to the marketing permissions, media usage, and partner recognition terms outlined above.
