  • A Boat Club member must be a member of the Pine Lake Manor Civic Association in good standing. Proof of insurance and valid registration for your watercraft must indicate Pine Lake Manor as your primary residence.

    All items below must be provided by April 1, 2026 before mooring assignments will be made. Please note, completion of this application and payment by April 1, 2026 does not guarantee slip assignment. For details on how the Mooring Committee assigns slips, refer to the Boat Club Committee Operating Procedures.
