Re-membering Our Bodies is a four-part experimental workshop series exploring politicized somatics, embodied movement, and collective dance ritual. Facilitated by Anya Benevides and Jesa Amascual with a special musical guest.
Limited space available to create an intentional and intimate container for collaboration. This is a closed cohort, not drop in classes. Meaning participants intend to join for all or most sessions.

Part 1: Origin- Saturday, March 21
Part 2: Dimensions- Saturday, April 4
Part 3: Collective Body- Saturday, April 25
Part 4: Dance Ritual- Saturday, May 2
Each 2-Hour Session Includes:
30 mins: Intention Setting, Political Education, Talking Story, & Gentle Stretching
30 mins: Guided Group Movement Lab
30 mins: Collaborative Choreography & Building Shared Body Language
30 mins: Personal Flow, Intentional Rest, & Integration
Donation/offering-based, suggested: $40-$100 for the series and noone will be turned away for lack of funds. Please reach out about exchange and accessibility needs.
This space is held through trauma-informed facilitaiton and while we are accessing where emotions and feelings may be held in the body, we are not therapists.
