William Miller Nomination Form 2025/2026
This award was introduced in the Memory of William Miller a valued member of the Barossa Magic Basketball Club and our wider Barossa Basketball family. William had a fierce love for the game which was evident through his involvement in playing at club level and in Settlers, participating in DNSP, coaching younger teams, refereeing and always an enthusiastic spectator. William would always help younger players during and between games and had a desire for researching not only the rules and plays, but also his next pair of unique basketball shoes.
“The William Miller Memorial Award” in his honour will be presented annually at Summer Season Presentations to a member of the Barossa Magic Basketball Club who has embodied this dedication to the sport, club, and wider basketball community.
