The 2026 WPC Golf Tournament brings together business leaders, community partners, and Kappa men for a premier golf experience designed to deliver both competitive play and meaningful impact. Set against the world-class backdrop of Serket Golf Club in Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, this signature event blends first-class hospitality with purpose-driven engagement.

This tournament serves as a critical fundraising and visibility platform in support of Kappa Alpha Psi’s Guide Right youth programs, which focus on mentorship, leadership development, and academic achievement. Through strategic sponsorship partnerships, we are able to keep golfer fees accessible while delivering a best-in-class event experience for all participants.

As part of your "invoiced" sponsorship package, the Western Province provides the opportunity to submit branded imagery and/or video assets for promotional use across Province digital, print, and event platforms.

To ensure quality, compatibility, and compliance, please review the following requirements before uploading:

1. Upload Process
Sponsors may submit media by selecting files through the upload field and completing the required description details. For each file, please provide:
1. Organization or brand name
2. Brief description of the media content
3. Intended use (event display, web promotion, social media, etc.)
4. Any required attribution language
5. Accurate labeling accelerates internal review and deployment timelines.
2. Accepted File Formats
To maintain platform compatibility and display quality, only the following formats are supported:

Image Types:
- PNG (preferred for logos and graphics with transparency)
- JPEG/JPG (high-resolution photography)
- SVG (vector logos and scalable graphics)
Video Types:
- MP4 (H.264 or H.265 codec recommended)
- WebM (VP9 supported)
- AV1 (optional for advanced compression)
Content Resolution:

Minimum 1920px width recommended
Logos: High-resolution or vector format required
Video: Minimum 1080p resolution required

3. Usage Rights & Licensing

By uploading media, the sponsor affirms that:
1. They hold the legal rights to distribute the submitted content
2. The content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property
3. The Western Province is granted permission to use the media for promotional, informational, and event-related purposes connected to the sponsorship package
4. Submitted materials may be resized, reformatted, or optimized for platform performance while preserving brand integrity.
4. Content Standards

Media must be:
1. Professional in nature
2. Appropriate for a diverse audience
3. Free of prohibited, offensive, or unrelated advertising material
4. The Western Province reserves the right to decline or request revisions to any submitted content that does not meet quality, branding, or policy standards.
5. Review & Approval
All submissions are subject to internal review prior to publication. Processing timelines may vary based on event schedules and volume of submissions.
