Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that completing an adoption application does not guarantee approval for adoption.

You certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete. You understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of your application or revocation of an approved adoption.

You authorize Venturing Pack Rescue to verify the information provided in this application, including contacting personal references, landlords, veterinarians, or other relevant parties as part of the adoption screening process.

You agree to allow Venturing Pack Rescue to conduct additional screening procedures, which may include phone interviews, virtual or in-person home checks, and discussions regarding the care and placement of the dog.

You acknowledge that adopting a dog is a long-term commitment requiring time, patience, financial responsibility, training, and ongoing veterinary care.

You understand that dogs may require an adjustment period when entering a new home and agree to provide patience, structure, supervision, and a safe environment during the transition period.

You agree that if approved for adoption, the adopted dog will be kept as a companion animal and will not be abused, neglected, abandoned, sold, transferred, given away, or surrendered to another person, shelter, rescue, or organization without first contacting Venturing Pack Rescue.

You acknowledge that animals can be unpredictable and may cause injury or property damage. By submitting this application and adopting a dog, you voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with animal ownership.

You agree to pay all applicable adoption and transport fees. You understand that adoption fees are charitable, nonrefundable donations made to support Venturing Pack Rescue’s ongoing rescue operations, including the rescue, care, and medical needs of animals in need.

You understand that Venturing Pack Rescue reserves the right to deny any application at its sole discretion.
