In Kind Sponsorship

Donation of goods or services rather than a monetary contribution. This could include items needed for the weekend festivities, professional services, or other valuable contributions that help reduce our event costs. Examples: Food Donations, Catering, Printing, Audio, Flowers, Decorations, Transportation, etc.
Please indicate the In Kind goods or services that you would like to donate, as well as an estimated donation value. If you are unsure of the value, we can discuss this with you. We will contact you to discuss how your In Kind donation can support the celebration.

Tax Receipts - Business & Individuals

Tax receipts will be issued at the end of the year / beginning of next year. Business tax receipts will be for the amount donated, less the fair value of the advertisements provided (per Revenue Canada). Any business or individual who receives tickets to an event meal will have the cost of the ticket(s) deducted. Please indicate an address where you would like the tax receipt sent.

Please upload your logo so we may put it on our website. If you wish to do a more detailed ad for the online booklet or webpage, we can always change that at any time before the print deadlines noted on the Sponsorship webpage / flyer. If you prefer to email the logo at a later date, you may do that also. If you are a family or individual, we can do a texture for you. Information will be on your sponsorship confirmation / payment information email.
