Q: When will the puppies be ready for their new homes?
A: Our Samoyed puppies will be ready to go to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age. We ensure they are fully socialized, vaccinated, and microchipped before they leave.
Q: How do I reserve a puppy?
A: You can reserve your puppy with a deposit. Once reserved, we’ll keep you updated with photos and videos as your puppy grows.
Q: What is included with the puppy?
A: Each puppy comes with:
- Up-to-date vaccination certificate and deworming
- Microchip and registration
- Pedigree Papers
- DNA testing for parentage
- Puppy starter pack (food, treats, and toy)
- Puppy Handbook
- Lifetime support and guidance
Q: Do you offer shipping or delivery?
A: We prefer local pick-up to meet you in person. However, we often freight puppies interstate and have even sent one to Japan! Shipping costs are at the new owner's expense.
Q: What is the temperament of your Samoyeds?
A: Our puppies are raised in a family environment, so they are friendly, playful, and well-socialized with children and other pets. Samoyeds are known for being affectionate, intelligent, and gentle.
Q: Do you provide support after adoption?
A: Absolutely! We offer lifetime support to answer questions about training, health, or general care. We want your puppy to thrive in their new home.
Q: How should I prepare for my new puppy?
A: We’ll provide detailed weekly emails covering food, toys, bedding, grooming and training tips to help your puppy settle in smoothly.
