Rules

Please read the following section carefully!

This year's room division will follow these rules:

1. There are rooms with bathroom and without. The rooms with bathroom will be called "family rooms". The rooms without bathroom have a private sink, but need to use the public toilets and showers.
2. Registering family groups have the opportunity to choose a family room. This includes family with or without children (married couples).
3. Non family participants cannot choose the family rooms, but can apply for a waiting list. If after family allocation there are still bathroom rooms available, CCGN will reach out to confirm the upgrade and request payment for the room price difference.
4. Room assignments are not guaranteed even if you pay for it. If you cannot be assigned the room type you've paid for, CCGN will issue a refund for the price difference between the paid room type and the final assigned room type.
5. Family room assignments are on a first come first serve basis.
