By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that crane and rigging operations involve inherent risks, including possible damage to driveways, sidewalks, yards, landscaping, pavement, or other surfaces. I voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby release, waive, and discharge Mangery Crane and Rigging Inc., its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to surface or property damage arising from the performance of services at the job site. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Mangery Crane and Rigging Inc. from any claims related to such damage.
