Registration Information & Policies

Ozark Sufi Camp's registration fees are based on our overhead costs. We depend on work scholarships and Karma Yoga shifts for camp to run effectively.

 ✅ EACH ADULT MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY.

✅ EARLY BIRD Pricing is March 15th to April 14th.

✅ Regular Pricing begins April 15th.

📆 Camp walk-ins will pay regular registration fees. However, cabin preferences are not guaranteed.

Registration Policies: 

*Registration Deposit: You can reserve your spot with a $75 non-refundable deposit. The Early Bird pricing will be honored if the deposit is paid by April 14, 2026. All fees must be paid in full by Wednesday May 13, 2026. 

*Parents with children under 5 years old are offered one half scholarship per one child under 5 years old. Limited kids camp scholarship are available to parents with children who are over 5 years old. 

*Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations after May 14th will receive a refund of their payment minus a $75 cancellation fee. 

*Wellness Policy: Covid Testing is required to be admitted to camp. Please don't attend if you are experiencing contagious symptoms. Visit ozarksuficamp.org for our health and wellness policy. You will be asked to go home if you come to camp sick.

*Wednesday May 20th is staff set-up day. If you have a work scholarship please plan to arrive at camp by 1p.m. to help set up.

*There is a $60 fee for anyone who comes to camp on set up day who is not on staff. 

*Camp opens to the public on Thursday May 21st at 1p.m.

*All campers must be off the campgrounds by 10a.m. on Tuesday May 26th.

PRICING GUIDE

Work Scholarships:

• Full Work Scholarship: $35 (whole camp)
• Half Work Scholarship: $175 (whole camp)
• Parent 1/2 scholarship (child under 5): $175 (whole camp) 

Camp Registration:

• Loving Service: $350 (whole camp & 3 loving service shifts) 
  • After April 15th: $425
• Retreat: $500 (whole camp, NO loving service required & pay it forward to support more work scholarships) 
  • After April 15th: $575
• Weekender: $210 (2 night stay, 1 loving service required) 
  • After April 15th: $285
• Day Visitor: $75 (No night stay & includes all 3 meals) 
  • After April 15th: $100
    
• Adult 24hr stay: $100 (includes 1 night)
  • After April 15th: $150
    

Children & Teens:

• CHILDREN (5-12 years old): $85 Whole Camp
  • After April 15th: $125 Whole Camp
• CHILDREN (5-12 years old): $20 A Day
  • After April 15th: $60 A Day
• TEEN (13-19 years old): $160 Whole Camp
  • After April 15th: $200 Whole Camp
• TEEN (13-19 years old): $30 A Day
  • After April 15th: $70 A Day

📆 Early Arrival on STAFF Set-Up DAY: $60

• You will need to make your own calculations, including any children or teen camp fees.
• Add a $60 early arrival fee if you plan to come to camp early on 5/20/26 but not work.
