• Feeling Down?

Depression is a complex mental health condition that goes beyond occasional sadness, often appearing as a persistent sense of heaviness, low energy, or a loss of interest in the things you usually enjoy.
  • Please answer the following questions about how you have been feeling over the last 2 weeks. This is not a diagnosis but can help identify if further evaluation may be helpful. At the end of the assessment in the 'Total Score' add the sum of the numbers from each result. If you have any questions, call The Lux Center of Counseling and Education at (954) 860 3742.
