To apply for membership with the Ohio Horseshoe Pitchers Association (OHPA), please complete all questions below. Once your application is submitted, you will be directed to make payment to the OHPA.

Adults $42.00 ($40 plus $2 convenience fee)

Juniors/Cadets $6.00 ($5 plus $1 convenience fee)

The NHPA recently passed rules. Men (40ft) may pitch in Elders (30ft) at the age of 65 yrs rather than 70 yrs effective Oct 1, 2022. Senior Women approved to pitch from up to 20ft beginning at age 65 effective Oct 1, 2024.
