    Important Dates

    Entry Deadline: Wednesday June 24th, 2026 at 11:59pm 
    *NO walk in entries or payments*

    Art Drop Off: Monday June 29th - 10am–noon & 5pm-7pm 
    Chelmsford Center for the Arts 1A North Road Chelmsford, MA

    Awards Presentation & Reception: Wednesday July 1st, 2026 - 6pm - 8pm

    Art Pick Up: Saturday July 4th 1pm-2pm
    Late Pick Up: Monday July 6th 1pm-3pm 

     

    Entry Instructions

    1. Pay the Entry Fees here: Adult Member Fee OR Adult Non Member Fee
    (select your number of entries and pay with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Debit or Credit Card)

    2. Renew Your Membership or Join Now: Chelmsford Art Society Membership

    3. Fill in the entry form below.

    4. Print, fill in and attach these labels to your art: Labels for Art

    *Double check your information so we can create accurate labels
    *Make sure to enter an e-mail that you check frequently.
    *A red asterisk indicates a required field

    Enter your information and click the SUBMIT button
    A box should appear on your screen that says: “Thank you for taking the time to fill out this online form. Your response has been recorded.” If you click “submit” and you have missed any REQUIRED info, a colored box will appear on your screen highlighting the information you need to fill in. Complete those fields and click the submit button again.

    you earned a degree in an art field, have extensively studied art, won awards in juried art shows, regularly have artwork in a gallery, or sell art to make a living.

  • Please label JPEGs with your name & the title of each entry

  • This is important to keep track of your entry and create the online gallery
    -File name: Your Name _ Title of Work (ex JaneSmith_Sunset)
    -File format: JPEG or PNG
    -File size: minimum 72kb - maximum 2mb
    -File resolution: minimum 72dpi - maximum 300 dpi
    *You may attach a second image showing the work at a different angle, showing the work framed, or zooming in on a detailed shot of the work.
