    Important Dates

    *Entry Deadline: Wednesday June 24th, 2026 at 11:59pm
        (NO walk in entries or payments)

    *Art Drop Off: Saturday June 29th - 10am–noon & 3pm - 5pm
        Chelmsford Center for the Arts 1A North Rd.

    *Awards Presentation & Reception: Wednesday July 1st, 2026 - 4pm - 6pm

    *Art Pick Up: Saturday July 4th 1pm - 2pm
    *Late Pick Up: Sunday July 5th 1pm - 3pm

    (pay with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Debit or Credit Card)

    Print, fill in and attach these labels to your art: Labels for Art

    *Double check your information so we can create accurate labels.
    *Make sure to enter an e-mail that you check frequently.
    *A red asterisk indicates a required field

  • Please label the jpeg file with the student's name and title of art.

  • This is important to keep track of your entry and create the online gallery

    - File size: minimum 72kb - maximum 2mb
    - File resolution: minimum 72dpi - maximum 300 dpi

  • Students & Parents we need lots of help from now until July 6th to put on this show! 
    Volunteer just a bit of time, more if you can. 
    If you can't volunteer now, we need help all year. We'll email details about roles & tasks. 
    This can apply to volunteer hours required by your school.
