Acceptance Letter(s): your acceptance letter from the university, college, art school or institute you will be attending. You can include other acceptance letters you have received.

List of Submitted Art: a list of the art you are submitting with title, medium, size and year completed
Image Files: JPEG or PNG files of 6-10 pieces of art (3-D work should include images from 2 viewpoints). Label and format each image file. You can upload image files or provide a link to your work online.

Important Dates
Application Deadline: Saturday, June 6th
Candidate Interviews: the week of June 8th - 12th
Student Notification: by Monday, June 15th

Scholarship Award Presentation: Wednesday, July 1st
At the Awards Ceremony & Reception of the 56th Chelmsford Art Society 4th of July Art Festival
