By booking a trip hosted by The Elsewhere Crew, you (“Guest”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The Elsewhere Crew organizes and hosts group travel experiences. This trip is party-forward, social, and active in nature and will involve nightlife, late evenings, group transportation, and hosted experiences. This is not a private or custom itinerary. Guests should be comfortable participating in a group environment.
- Rooms are double occupancy only. Roommates must be selected by hotel's guest list deadline or guests will be paired.
- Trips are sold as a package price per person. Price includes room, one hosted meal, access to hosted experiences, transportation to hosted experiences, and host services. Deposit must be received to secure spot. Deposits and payments are applied toward the total package price. A payment schedule will be spent upon payment of deposit. Guests who fall behind on their payment schedule will receive a notice and have a limited grace period (3 days) to cure the balance before the reservation is canceled, payments are forfeited, and guest spot is released. All deposits are non-refundable and payments towards trip are non-refundable except the cost of the room which is refundable up to 3 days/72 hours before check in. No refunds will be issued for: missed experiences, missed payment, late arrivals, voluntary departure from an experience, removal from group activities due to violation of these Terms, or force majeure events (weather, government actions, strikes, etc.) Entire trip including optional activities must be paid in full by any final payment dates stated in your confirmation emails.
- Guests are responsible for arriving on time to all scheduled check-ins, departures, and hosted experiences. The Elsewhere Crew and its partners are NOT responsible for: missed experiences due to late arrival, failure to meet transportation times, failure to follow provided instructions.
- To ensure a positive and safe group environment, all guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, hosts, vendors, hotel staff, and transportation providers. The Elsewhere Crew reserves the right to immediately remove any guest from hosted group experiences, without refund, if they: make other guests or staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe, are unable to responsibly handle alcohol, engage in aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, cause issues with hotels, venues, or host vendors, have any run-ins with law enforcement during the trip, or violate local laws or venue policies. Removal from group experiences does not entitle the guest to a refund, credit, or future trip discount.
- Alcohol is NOT provided by The Elsewhere Crew but may be brought along on our transportation to and from our hosted events, be offered through experiences, and will be available all around. Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so at their own discretion and assume all related risk. The Elsewhere Crew is not responsible for incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
- Any room charges outside of room cost will be the sole responsibility of the guest. Card information will be requested per hotel's request before check in and upon check in guests should check accurate card information is on file to charge hotel amenities where applicable. For example, mini fridges are provided in rooms, however, anything removed from the fridges (even if not consumed) will be charged for and will be your responsibility to cover.
- The Elsewhere Crew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, items left in hotel rooms, venues, or transportation, theft or loss during activities or events. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings at all times.
- The Elsewhere Crew reserves the right to modify itineraries, hosted experiences, schedules, vendors. Changes may occur due to availability, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of reasonable control. Comparable alternatives may be provided when possible.
- By booking, guests acknowledge and accept participation in travel activities and The Elsewhere Crew shall not be held liable for injury, illness, delays, or cancellations, acts or omissions of hotels, transportation providers, venues, or vendors, force majeure events (weather, government actions, strikes, etc.)
- Guests will be financially responsible for any cleaning fees or damages charged by hotels, venues, or transportation providers resulting from vomiting or other damage to property.
- By participating, guests grant The Elsewhere Crew permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to departure.
