Event is Rain or Shine. No refunds unless the event is canceled by Apollo Beach Garden Club.
Vendor Spaces are 10' x 10' @ $40 and 10' x 20' @ $70 for each event. Vendors provide all tables, canopies and chairs. All canopies and tents must be weighted down and secured properly.
Vendors are responsible for providing any required permits, licenses, or taxes for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any vendor selling plant stock must attach a valid certificate of Nursery Registration.
By participating, vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Apollo Beach Garden Club or Hillsborough County Parks or Hillsborough County from any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages to persons or property, related to the operation of vendor at Apollo Beach Garden Club Plant sales.
