Our goal is to educate, guide, and assist you in improving your overall credit profile through lawful and proven consumer-credit principles.

    By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

    2.Scope of Services

    TS Solutions LLC provides credit analysis, education, and advisory services. Our services include, but

    are not limited to:

    • A full review and analysis of your credit reports

    • Identification of inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, or incomplete information

    • Strategic guidance on consumer rights under federal credit laws

    • Support in preparing and submitting lawful disputes and correspondence

    • Ongoing education on credit behavior, utilization, and profile management

    Important: We do not guarantee the removal of specific items. All outcomes depend on the accuracy,

    verification, and compliance of reported information.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    For optimal results, the client agrees to:

    • Upload all requested documents promptly and accurately

    • Maintain timely communication throughout the process

    • Avoid adding new negative items to their credit profile during the analysis period, including but not

    limited to:

    – Late payments

    – New collections

    – Excessive credit inquiries

    – High utilization or missed obligations

    Failure to follow these guidelines may delay progress or negatively affect outcomes.

    All clients are required to maintain an active credit monitoring account while services are being

    performed. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the credit repair process, and all payments

    made will be non-refundable.

    4. Money-Back Guarantee

    TS Solutions LLC stands behind its services. If you do not receive the agreed-upon credit analysis and

    advisory services within 45 days, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to compliance with client

    responsibilities.

    The Goal

    Our credit repair process focuses on disputing negative items reported incorrectly. If an account cannot

    be verified or is reported unfairly, it must be removed. Anything verified will remain, but we ensure

    every item on your credit is accurate and compliant with reporting laws.

    Even if certain items return as “verified,” the process is not over. Credit reporting agencies must ensure

    all information is accurate and reviewed by a human. Through persistence and strategy, negative itemsmay still be removed.

    Client Agrees:

    • NOT to apply for new credit (no loans or hard inquiries) during the credit repair term

    • To notify TS Solutions LLC immediately if any new credit activity occurs

    Failure to follow these terms may result in contract cancellation with no refund.
