Booking Confirmation & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings with 7G Explorations. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled experience date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date may be rescheduled to a future date within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7G Explorations operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions (e.g., lightning, extreme storms), 7G Explorations reserves the right to reschedule the experience at no additional cost.
Transportation
7G Explorations does not provide transportation. All transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the booking organization or participants.
Meals
Catered meals may be added to the experience at an additional cost of $25–$35 per person. Dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
Nature of Programming
All experiences are land-based, interactive, and take place outdoors. Participants should be prepared for uneven terrain, weather exposure, walking, sitting on the land, working with natural materials, and engaging in hands-on activities.
Participant Responsibility
The booking organization is responsible for ensuring participants are physically able to take part in the activities and for communicating any medical, mobility, or accessibility needs in advance.
Respectful Conduct
7G Explorations programming is rooted in the 7 Grandfather Teachings. Respect for the land, knowledge keepers, facilitators, and fellow participants is required at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund.
Liability
By confirming a booking, the organization acknowledges the inherent risks associated with outdoor, land-based activities and agrees that all participants will complete and sign the Participant Agreement & Waiver prior to the experience.
