    Apply as a vendor for the Walnut Farmers Market.

  • What type of products do you provide?
  • Vendor Fee is $10 per event. The dates are as follows: Friday June 12th, Friday July 10th, Saturday August 22nd, Friday September 18th, Saturday October 10th. Friday market days are from 4-6pm, with set up starting at 3:00. Saturday Market days are from 9am -12pm, with set up starting at 8am. All market dates will be held at 400 Highland Street. Do you agree to pay the fee at the beginning of each market?
  • Would you be willing to commit to attending to all 5 markets if you were offered a discount price of $40 and is paid at the first market? And understand that the payment for market is non-refundable? Cash or checks payable to City of Walnut are accepted.
  • Do you understand that by selling your items the City of Walnut or Walnut Farmers Market committee is not responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibitor's property? Do you agree to sign a Liability Waiver & Release of Responsibility form at your first market?
  • Do you understand that as a home producer you are required to follow the Iowa Cottage Food laws and agree to follow said laws? Cottage Food Law | Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing (iowa.gov)
  • Are you ok with us sharing product pictures and tagging you in the Facebook page?
  • If there is any severe weather or rain forecasted, we will monitor closely and let you know of any changes. Please also know that this is a vendor application and that there is no guarantee that we can accept everyone as we will be limited with space. Please also know that there is NO electricity available. Each vendor will have a space approximately 10x10. Do you understand all of the above statements?
