  • 15. Are you willing to crate the foster while it becomes accustomed to you, your family, and the new environment?
  • 17. Are you able to keep the foster until BAR is able to get it adopted?
  • 18. Do you agree to have a home visit from BAR's Foster Coordinator or other BAR representative to ensure your home is compatible for fostering?

  • We will come by to check for things such as; that you are able to keep the foster separate from your other pets, for indoor living and sleeping arrangements, fencing, toilet and feeding arrangements, etc. 

  • 19. If accepted as a foster, do you understand and agree that even if you identify a potential adopter for your BAR foster animal, Border Animal Rescue's Foster Coordinator (or other designated BAR representative) is the only person who can approve an adoption, accept adoption fees, and authorize the transfer of the animal?
  • 20. I agree to hold Border Animal Rescue harmless against all property damage or injury (to myself or others), regardless of cause, which occurs directly or indirectly as a result of any Border Animal Rescue animal in my custody.
