  • To complete this form, you must know if you are a current member of GALA. If in doubt, please email Donna at Membership@GalaGardner.org   and ask before beginning this form.

  • Please review the Call for Entries  for the details.

    Print & Fill out the Art Labels that are located on the "Call for Entries" form and Tape the labels on the wire on the back of your art piece. If it's a 3D piece, just have it with you at DROP OFF.

  • Your artwork will be judged in the medium you indicate above. However, if there are fewer than seven pieces in a medium, they will be combined with artwork in another medium or placed in an Open Category.

  • Please read all of the following information.

    Pay Online via PayPal: After you complete & submit this form, you will be brought to a PayPal screen where you will  be able to choose to pay with a credit/debit card or your PayPal account. To pay with your credit/debit card, scroll down to the bottom of the page to where you see "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". You do not need to log into or create a PayPal account.
    Please remember that you will need to pay for a membership unless you are a current member for the duration of the show. If in doubt, please email Donna at   dfoley446@gmail.com.
    In the Fees & Donations section below, please do ALL of the following:
    1. Check "Current Member" OR ONE of the Membership options.
    2. Check "Installation Fee" AND select the quantity of pieces.
    3. If you wish to make a donation, check "Additional Donation". (Thank you for your generosity!)

                • Please bring your  one page 8x11 artist statement to the drop-off. Your statement will be placed in a binder for viewing by visitors at the show. You are also welcome to bring business cards to be displayed at the show.

                • If you have not made pickup arrangements prior to the Pick up time, you will be charged a Late pickup Fee of $5 per day.  After 30 days artwork becomes property of GALA. (any item submitted is considered artwork)

                  By submitting to this exhibit, you give permission to the Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) to use images of your work on our websites and in promotional advertisements. Please contact us with any questions.

                • Liability: GALA does not assume responsibility for any work on exhibit or in transit. Every effort is made to maintain a safe and secure show. The applicant agrees that the Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) and/or its Board of Directors and/or Committees and/or the Red Apple Farm/Brew Barn are not responsible for the theft of, or damage to any works prior to, during or after the exhibit. The applicant further agrees to leave all entries until the end of the show.

                  Be sure to print a copy of your form before you submit to retain for your reference since you will not be able to return to the form once it is submitted. Please preview your print & adjust the % size to ensure you will not "cut off" any part of the form before printing (generally, reducing the size down to 80% will work).

                  If your entry is successful, you will see a "Thank you" screen after you click on the Submit button and complete your online payment. You will also receive a confirmation email within a few hours. If you do not see the "Thank you" screen and receive the confirmation email, please assume that your entry was not received and email Info@GalaGardner.org for assistance.
