Immediate Replacement Request
The 'Immediate Replacement Request' is a facility for NIDAC to be requested to issue replacement stock under a standing invoice for the stock including freight charges.

This invoice will be presumed valid until the suspect stock is returned to NIDAC and Assessed by NIDAC as being covered under warranty.

Upon assessment of the returned stock as being covered under warranty and faulty, the invoice value will be credited against your customer account. If no fault is found then the stock will be returned and the invoice will become immediately due for payment.
