Setup on Friday will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On Saturday, gates open at 9:00 AM, and ALL setups must be completed by 10:30 AM.

Set Up: Vendor booths, musicians, display areas and food trucks are assigned a location by SAS and no changes are allowed. All participants should be set up and ready for the public no later than 10:30 AM. A map of your location will be provided prior to the event. Staff will be available the day of the event to direct you to your location. Between 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM the event will recognize a quiet time with no sirens, lights or other loud noises for children with sensitive ears.

Dismantling: All vendors, participants and food trucks are encouraged to remain until the completion of the festival approximately at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Food Vendors/Participants: SAS reserves the right to sell bottled water. Food vendors may sell sodas, tea, slushy, lemonade, etc. Entertainment, vehicle and equipment participants agree to not sell any items or market services during event. Vendor booths agree to not sell any food/drink items and must have pre-approval from SAS for materials being distributed.

Food & Non Profit Vendors ONLY: All food vendors must obtain approval before participating in the Rev It Up for Kids event. Upon approval, an invoice will be sent to you.

Release: By participating, SAS, its officers, agents, employees, and other representatives shall not be held liable for, and hereby are released from liability from any damages, loss, harm, or injury to the person or property of the vendor or any of its' officers, agents, employees, and other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, weather, accident, or other cause. The vendor shall indemnify, defend, or protect SAS and hold harmless from all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss costs, attorney fees and expenses or whatever kind of nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act on part of the vendor or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives.
