    DROP IN ONLY / ALL GRADES / 2026-2027 FALL REGISTRATION
  • DROP-IN FAMILY: Any Family without a “set” schedule, who require care on rare occassion; including school closure dates and/or Holiday Breaks.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • During August, September, & October, we are unable to accommodate Drop In requests. ➢ We may be able to on school closure dates and holiday breaks.
    • Drop In Families are required to pay the $250.00 annual registration fee. This includes children who only attend “School Closure” dates and/or holiday breaks. 

    SCHEDULED DROP-IN: You must call or email before (or on) the day that you will need our services. For day-of drop-ins, we must receive your call before 2 PM (M,T,TH,F) /1 PM (W), otherwise it will be considered an Unscheduled Drop-In. The rate for scheduled Drop-Ins is $15/hour with a minimum of one hour.

    UNSCHEDULED DROP-IN: If we did not receive a call, or we received your call after 2 PM (M,T,TH,F) & 1 PM (W), it is considered an Unscheduled Drop-In. The rate for Unscheduled Drop-Ins is $20/hour with a minimum of one hour.

    MORNING DROP-IN: (7am - 8am) The fee for morning drop-in is a flat or $15. Parents must accompany their children inside the building and sign them in using the computers.

    *VVCC requires an updated CHILD PERSONAL RIGHTS form for every student. Please use the links below to access the forms - complete and upload them below.

    New Enrollment Packets are NOT required for children who are currently enrolled/actively attending our 2025-2026 before & after school program.

    FAILURE TO ATTACH A COMPLETE, UPDATED CHILD'S PERSONAL RIGHTS FORM WILL RESULT IN THE DELAY OF YOUR CHILD'S ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR.

    ATTACHING A DIFFERENT DOCUMENT THAN THE ONES REQUESTED WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR SUBMISSION AND RESULT IN NON-ENROLLMENT. 

    WE HAVE MANY FAMILIES HOPING TO GET IT AND NEED COMPLETE & ACCURATE INFORMATION TO ENSURE REGISTRATION WILL GO SMOOTHLY FOR ALL.
